Whispering Force is a self defense class for all women and children over the age of six. We believe that learning the right techniques and education will help protect you and your loved ones in a dangerous situation.

We are proud Program partners of the Girl Scouts of Southwestern Pennsylvania. If you know a leader please share this information with her. We also do team building activities and many private sessions if needed.

Christina Sheleheda joins Whispering Force with decades of experience in Tang Soo Do. After joining the River Valley Tang Soo Do Academy in 1993 - where she still trains today under Master Scott Homschek - Christina earned her black belt in 1997, her second degree black belt in 2000 and her third degree black belt in 2003. A certified instructor and lifetime Gold Member in the World Tang Soo Do Association, Christina particularly enjoys teaching children and teens how to defend themselves.
When she’s not teaching martial arts, Christina is mom to Nico, proud fur mom to Lila Mae and wife to Nicholas. She is a graduate of Penn State University and works as a Growth Marketing Consultant for an advertising firm.
